French Toast

So here again I have come up with another easy and simple but tasty recipe!

For this, you need three major ingredients, and those are:
Eggs, Milk and Bread.

So how do you make it?

As I have already mentioned, my major ingredients for this recipe are eggs, milk, and bread. Apart from that you also need some turmeric, pepper powder, and ginger paste. You can skip using ginger if you do not like the taste or smell of it. I personally feel that ginger goes well with any recipe which contains egg in it, so I am using ginger here.

Process:

Take a half cup of milk, two eggs, half a teaspoon ginger paste (optional), salt according to your taste, a pinch of turmeric and pepper according to your taste. Mix all these ingredients in a bowl.

Now take a flat pan (preferably non-stick pan) and put one tablespoon of oil and let it warm. Now one by one dip slices of bread in the liquid mixture so made (both sides) and put it to be cooked on the pan. Keep it for 3-4 minutes for one side, then flip and do the same for the other side too.

Take it out of the pan when both sides of the bread becomes golden brownish in colour, indicating its cooked.

Yes, done! Serve it with some ketchup :)
Enjoy!

(the proportions mentioned are for making french toast for 8-10 slices of bread)

Khadi herbal Hair conditioner review

So here I am today to review two varieties of KHADI Herbal Hair Conditioner, one is Khadi Shikakai and Honey Hair conditioner and the other is Khadi Green Tea and Aloevera Hair conditioner. The first thing I want to share is I am absolutely in love with these hair conditioners. I am the one who has dry and rough hair, and for me, I felt these conditioners are just perfect! So why I'm in love with these? I have tried like so many conditioners on my hair, some of it turned out to leave my hair too sticky, some didn't do its job at all and left my hair brittle and rough, and to be very honest, I was tired to figure out which one will suit me the best. Then suddenly I came across these Khadi conditioners. The first time I used them only I felt the difference, it nourished my hair, made it soft and smooth, like the way a conditioner should exactly be. Moreover, it is not at all costly. I believe for all the variety of conditioner that Khadi has, its priced at or...

I have been using this shampoo for the longest time ever! For the last FOUR years, I'm using it. Not that I'm saying this is the best shampoo ever in the market and blah blah, but it surely suits my hair the best out of all the shampoos that I had used before coming across this one. So the shampoo actually looks like this: The shampoo had a different packaging when I just started using it and is now in this form. So you can understand I have seen all phases of this shampoo. LOL!! I actually have very dry and rough hair and was looking for some shampoo which will keep it soft and not make it even drier after hair wash. This exactly serves the purpose. It is transparent and has a very mild and nice f...

Authentic Bengali Alu Posto recipe

Now its Bengali food time!! hehe!! It's one of the Bengali delicacies which I am gonna talk about today, the famous 'Alu Posto', a favorite food for all Bongs, with literally no exception! I have seen a lot of non-bong peoples also liking it a lot, thus if you are not a Bengali, you can try this too and do let me know whether you liked it or not! :) So what all you need to make it? Nothing much actually, the main ingredient is alu (or potato) and posto (or poppy seeds). Apart from that, you need some ginger paste, chilies or chili powder, onion, salt, turmeric, that's all! (I will be telling you for the quantity of 4 big potatoes, 2 big onions and 4 tablespoons of posto) How to make it? First thing is to make the paste of the posto (or poppy seeds) with just a minimum amount of water required to make the paste, and some chilies. Cut the alu (or potato) into small rectangular pieces and chop the onions not very finely and not also very coarsely. Take a k...
