For non-veg lovers, this recipe is gonna be a quick fix for a bad day :)
This one of the easiest way to make fried rice with very less ingredients and in a very short time.
So what all is required to make it?
Boneless chicken (I have here taken 250gms of boneless chicken), 2 eggs
Onion, Ginger, Garlic
Capsicum, Chilies,
Salt, Pepper, Soya Sauce
You can also add carrot, some cabbage, beans or some spring onion if you want.
So let's begin..
The very first thing you have to do is to boil the chicken. Boil the chicken with some garlic/garlic paste, ginger/ginger paste, pepper powder, salt and one spoon of oil.
Do not throw away the chicken stalk after the chicken is boiled, cook the rice with this chicken stalk. While the rice is getting cooked, make the other ingredients ready. Shread the chicken and mix one tablespoon of soy sauce to the shredded chicken. Take a kadai, with two spoons of oil in it. Put the finely chopped onions, capsicum, chilies, garlic and let it cook for a while. Then break and add the two eggs, fry for a while and then add the already boiled and shredded chicken. Mix all the ingredients well. Add one tablespoon of pepper powder and another one tablespoon of soya sauce and mix well and cook for sometime. In the meanwhile, rice must have got cooked, so just mix the cooked rice with these ingredients in the kadai itself, add again 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, mix well, close the lid and keep in low flame for 2-3 minutes.
And yeaa, that's done.
