So what all is required to make it?
i. Gram flour/Besan
ii. Eggs
iii. Chili powder
iv. Garlic paste
v. Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Process:
Boil the egg (hard boil) and cut it into half so that both the half have the yoke in more or less equal proportion. In a bowl put the gram flour/besan, salt (according to your taste), chili powder (according to your taste), and a little bit of garlic paste (for the flavor of it). Add water to this mixture in the amount as required to make a semi-liquid paste. Dip the half sliced eggs in this batter and coat it nicely (you can do some thin scratches in the white part of the egg to get the coating on properly, as it being a slippery side, the coating does not tend to stay). Deep fry this coated eggs until it turns brown.
Thats all! the tasty and crunchy snack is ready to be served.
Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve it with ketchup/mustard sauce.
Enjoy!
