Poached Egg: Recipe for Beginers!

So here comes the simplest recipe "Egg Poach"!! Though the recipe is the simplest of everything and has just one ingredient, I know a lot of people get little worried thinking whether they can get the perfect poach or not.

It's very very simple. All you need is an Egg, some 2-3 drops of oil, and yes you are done with the ingredient list!

So how to make it?

Take a pan, put some 2-3 drops of oil on it and let it get warm. Break the egg from the middle, right on top of the pan. Let the egg take the shape on its own in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. After its cooked, shift it very gently on a flat plate.

That's all, its ready! Just sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste, and its good to be served :)

Serve it when it is warm :) :)

Enjoy!!

Khadi herbal Hair conditioner review

So here I am today to review two varieties of KHADI Herbal Hair Conditioner, one is Khadi Shikakai and Honey Hair conditioner and the other is Khadi Green Tea and Aloevera Hair conditioner. The first thing I want to share is I am absolutely in love with these hair conditioners. I am the one who has dry and rough hair, and for me, I felt these conditioners are just perfect! So why I'm in love with these? I have tried like so many conditioners on my hair, some of it turned out to leave my hair too sticky, some didn't do its job at all and left my hair brittle and rough, and to be very honest, I was tired to figure out which one will suit me the best. Then suddenly I came across these Khadi conditioners. The first time I used them only I felt the difference, it nourished my hair, made it soft and smooth, like the way a conditioner should exactly be. Moreover, it is not at all costly. I believe for all the variety of conditioner that Khadi has, its priced at or...

I have been using this shampoo for the longest time ever! For the last FOUR years, I'm using it. Not that I'm saying this is the best shampoo ever in the market and blah blah, but it surely suits my hair the best out of all the shampoos that I had used before coming across this one. So the shampoo actually looks like this: The shampoo had a different packaging when I just started using it and is now in this form. So you can understand I have seen all phases of this shampoo. LOL!! I actually have very dry and rough hair and was looking for some shampoo which will keep it soft and not make it even drier after hair wash. This exactly serves the purpose. It is transparent and has a very mild and nice f...

I have seen a lot of non-bong peoples also liking it a lot, thus if you are not a Bengali, you can try this too and do let me know whether you liked it or not! :) So what all you need to make it? Nothing much actually, the main ingredient is alu (or potato) and posto (or poppy seeds). Apart from that, you need some ginger paste, chilies or chili powder, onion, salt, turmeric, that's all! (I will be telling you for the quantity of 4 big potatoes, 2 big onions and 4 tablespoons of posto) How to make it? First thing is to make the paste of the posto (or poppy seeds) with just a minimum amount of water required to make the paste, and some chilies. Cut the alu (or potato) into small rectangular pieces and chop the onions not very finely and not also very coarsely. Take a k...
