As I have already mentioned, my major ingredients for this recipe are eggs, milk, and bread. Apart from that you also need some turmeric, pepper powder, and ginger paste. You can skip using ginger if you do not like the taste or smell of it. I personally feel that ginger goes well with any recipe which contains egg in it, so I am using ginger here. Process: Take a half cup of milk, two eggs, half a teaspoon ginger paste (optional), salt according to your taste, a pinch of turmeric and pepper according to your taste. Mix all these ingredients in a bowl. Now take a flat pan (preferably non-stick pan) and put one tablespoon of oil and let it warm.
